Keep quizzes nobody will use off the list
A quiz can be deleted from its editor. Afterwards the classroom's quiz list reloads and the quiz is no longer in it. If the delete cannot go through, a red message carries the reason from the server rather than letting it fail quietly.
How it is done today
A new teacher makes a few test quizzes while learning the app, and sooner or later somebody creates the same quiz twice. Left on the list, students cannot tell which is the real one and some spend their evening on the wrong paper.
How it works

Open the quiz
Go to the editor for the quiz you want to remove. Check the title and the questions to be sure it is the right one.

Choose delete
Pick the delete action from the quiz's menu. It is a different action from archiving, so choose carefully between them.

The list updates
When it goes through, the classroom's quiz list reloads and the quiz is no longer there.

Read the reason if it fails
If the delete cannot be done, a red message at the top carries the server's reason, so you can see what is standing in the way.

What if students have already taken it?
Where attempts and marks exist, archiving is the safer choice. It keeps the results and only takes the quiz out of the working list.
Can a delete be undone?
No, there is no restore. Worth a second look before deleting anything other than a test quiz.
Are students told?
No notice goes out. The quiz simply leaves their list, so it is worth mentioning in class.
