Life at ClassTablet

A small team in Dhaka, building for coaching centres, schools and tutors across Bangladesh. What goes out this week is in a classroom the next.

  • One room, product, support and engineering within earshot of each other.

  • Before a feature is built, someone sits at the back of a real class and watches.

  • Releases go out in weeks, not quarters, small enough to fix by Friday.

  • Support calls reach the people who wrote the code, not a queue.

  • Most decisions get settled at a whiteboard, out loud.

  • Whatever you pick up is yours, from the first draft to the thing a teacher actually uses.

How we work

We care less about big promises than about whether the work actually landed.

  • Sit beside the teacher

Before building anything we watch how the work is done today, in a real class.

  • Own your work

Small team: whatever you pick up is yours from first draft to shipped.

  • Plain Bengali first

Product, notices, support, Bengali first, so users never have to decode us.

  • Room to grow

New tools, new responsibility, there is space if you want to learn.
