One paper across several batches, without copying it
Target classes in the ClassTablet quiz editor settings is where a teacher chooses which classrooms a quiz goes to. One quiz can be given to several batches at once with no separate copy to maintain. When the quiz is published, students in every chosen classroom are notified.
How it is done today
The morning batch and the evening batch sit the same model test. Making a separate copy for each leaves small differences between the papers, and the results end up in two places, so the batch average or the question everybody got wrong cannot be seen at a glance.
How it works

Go to the editor settings
Open the quiz and go to its settings. The classroom picker sits there alongside the time limit and the number of attempts.

Pick the classrooms
Choose the classrooms that should get the quiz. The classroom the quiz was created in is already added for you, so the common case needs no action.

Remove one if needed
The same control takes a classroom back off again, so giving it to the wrong batch does not mean deleting the quiz and building it a second time.

Publishing tells them all
When the quiz is published, students in every chosen classroom get an in-app and push notification, so no batch has to be told separately.

Frequently asked questions
Can each class have its own time limit?
No. The time limit, the number of attempts and the open window are settings on the quiz as a whole. If a batch genuinely needs different rules, copy the quiz instead.
Can results be seen per batch?
Although the quiz is one, every submission is tied to the student who made it, and students belong to their own classroom, so submissions can be read classroom by classroom.
Can I add a class after publishing?
The classroom list lives in the settings, so it can be changed there. Changing the questions is different: for that the quiz has to go back to draft first.
