How does the Free plan work for teachers?You can teach up to 5 students in 1 classroom completely free, forever. No time limit, no credit card. It's a great way to try ClassTablet with a small group before upgrading.

What's the difference between Starter and Pay As You Go?Starter is a flat ৳299/month for up to 20 students and 5 classrooms — predictable billing. Pay As You Go is ৳10 per student per month with no caps — ideal for coaching centers and growing operations. When you outgrow Starter, you're automatically moved to Pay As You Go.

How does the auto-upgrade from Starter to Pay As You Go work?When you exceed 20 students or 5 classrooms, you're automatically upgraded to Pay As You Go. Your remaining Starter balance is credited to your first PAYG invoice. The action (adding the student) succeeds immediately — no interruption.

How do AI credits work?Each AI interaction (one student question) costs 1 credit. Starter includes 100 free credits/month, PAYG includes 50. Free credits reset monthly and don't roll over. You can buy extra credit packs (50/200/500 questions) that never expire.

What payment methods do you accept?bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and debit/credit cards via SSLCommerz. We support the payment methods most convenient in Bangladesh.

Can I cancel anytime?Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of your paid period. After that, you're moved to the Free plan — your data is preserved, just with reduced limits.

Is there a yearly discount?Yes — the Starter plan is available yearly at ৳249/month (৳2,988/year), saving you about 17% (2 months free). Pay As You Go doesn't have a yearly option since billing varies by student count.
