A ClassTablet account can be opened with an email address or with nothing but a phone number, and signing in works the same way. Google is offered as well. A forgotten password can be recovered by a link sent to an email or by a code sent to a phone.

Frequently asked questions
Can an account be opened without an email address?
Yes. Either an email or a phone number is enough. The phone path matters because a great many people in Bangladesh have no email of their own.
Is an institution-issued account different?
Yes. People whose institution opened an account for them sign in by finding that institution, which the administration section covers.
Do I need an email to recover a password?
No. Give a phone number instead and a code arrives, and the new password is set on the same screen.
