- How the AI marks an answerWhen a teacher starts AI marking, the submitted files are prepared page by page, the writing is read, and each question is matched to the part of the script that answers it. Every question is then marked on its own against the rubric, and anything the AI cannot judge is set aside for the teacher.
- You do not have to start every submission from nothingA teacher opens an assignment's submission list in a classroom and sends a submission for AI grading from the evaluation panel. Only a submission with a file attached can be sent. Progress is shown in the panel while the job runs, and when it finishes the panel reports that suggested scores are ready to review.
- Adding more scripts to a sessionAn open session takes more scripts whenever you have them, and marking starts as they go in. Credits are charged by the page, so a four-page script costs four credits. The whole batch is checked against your balance before any of it starts.
- Knowing which marks to check firstEach question's mark arrives with the reasoning behind it and a measure of how reliable it is. What matters is where that measure comes from: it is derived from outside verification, not taken from the model's own account of itself.
- AI marks handwritten exam scripts against your rubricClassTablet's AI script checker reads each handwritten answer script page by page, checks every answer against the criteria in your rubric, and proposes per-question and total marks. When it is unsure, it holds the script back for teacher review. Teachers see every proposed mark and can change it before any result is final.
- Totals that do not add up are not publishedOnce marking finishes, the marks given to each question are added up and checked against the paper's own total. If they do not reconcile, the total is not published, even when the script is clean on every other check. This is a second, separate condition.
- Which answers count under a choice ruleWhere the paper says answer any three of seven, which answers count towards the total is resolved from that rule. A student who writes more than allowed still has the extra answers marked and visible, but they are not added into the total.
- When two students' pages end up togetherIf the handwriting changes partway through what was sent as a single script, or two students' pages have ended up together in it, that is flagged and the total is withheld. Nothing is published until a teacher has looked at it and released it.
- Weighing the signs that a page is missingWhether a page is missing is never decided on a single sign. Five kinds of sign are looked for separately, and only when at least two are strong enough, or one is very strong on its own, is a page treated as missing.
- Reading your marking scheme out of its fileA teacher who already has a marking scheme as a file can attach it and have its per-question marks and mark bands read out into a structured form. Supplying the whole document carries the mark bands through to the marker, where they are later used for checking.
- When a total is held backAnything unusual noticed during marking is flagged, and the flags come in two kinds. Most are advisory and do not stop a mark being published. But any one of four serious flags withholds the total, and the teacher is told why in both languages.
- Building a structured rubric from the answersA teacher with no written rubric to hand can have a structured one generated from the answer material. It comes back broken into parts with the marks set against each of them, editable on the spot. No credits at all are spent at this step.

How much does school management software cost?ClassTablet costs ৳20 per student per month, with no seat limit and no contract, so the price follows enrolment rather than a tier. Starter is ৳499 a month for one classroom of up to 20 students. Zoom, white-label branding and AI features are part of a Custom plan.

Do we have to enter every student by hand?No. Students import in one go from an Excel or CSV file, so an existing roll can move across without being retyped. Most schools bring one class over first and add the rest once a full fee cycle has run cleanly.

Do parents need smartphones?No. Attendance alerts, notices and results reach parents by SMS, which works on any phone. A parent with a smartphone can sign in for the fuller picture, but nothing depends on it.

Can teachers only see their own classes?Yes. A teacher works with the classes assigned to them, while the office and the owner see the school. One record per student, with each person seeing the part of it that is theirs.

Is it in Bengali?Fully. The interface, notices and reports are in Bengali, with English for anyone who prefers it. Prices are in taka and the workflows follow how schools here already run.

What happens to our data?It stays yours. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, student data is never sold, and you can export what you have put in.
