Everybody can change their own name and their contact details, set a picture of themselves, and read through all of their account settings. Which screen you land on after signing in follows from the role that you hold at the institution.

Who can change my profile details?
You can. Your own name and contact details are edited from your settings page.
Can an institution administrator change them too?
An administrator can change a name, phone number and role from the member list. The administration section covers that separately.
Does everybody land on the same screen?
No. Teachers, students and parents each land somewhere different, because the work in front of them is different.
