The sign-in screen takes an email address or a phone number in a single field, along with a password. There is no separate username, so whatever you opened the account with is what works. A keep me signed in option is offered alongside.

Use whichever you signed up with. One field accepts either of them.

Enter your password. If it will not come to you, follow the forgot password link below it.
