Proof that the money actually arrived
When a payment succeeds, the person who paid receives a confirmation. It names the classroom the money was for, the month it covered and the amount. One notice goes per transaction, so the same payment never confirms itself twice over.
How it is done today
With no written confirmation after paying, a family cannot tell whether the money arrived at all, and when a chase-up lands at the end of the month the argument happens with no proof on either side.
How it works
- 1
Make the payment
Pay through the gateway. There is no need to ask anybody for a receipt afterwards.
- 2
The transaction succeeds
Once the payment is recorded as successful, the notice is built against that transaction's own identity.
- 3
The confirmation arrives
It comes inside the app and by email, naming the classroom and the amount that was paid.
- 4
Look it up later if you need to
The notice stays in the notification list, so it can be produced later if a question comes up.
What runs on its own, what stays in your hands
What happens automatically
As the transaction succeeds the system resolves who paid and sends them the confirmation, attaching the classroom name, the month and the amount.
What you control
Nobody approves this notice, because it is not a decision: it confirms what already happened. There is no path for the same payment to confirm twice.

Frequently asked questions
Does this notice go by text message?
No. It travels inside the app and by email. No claim is made here about a receipt arriving by SMS.
Can the same payment confirm twice?
No. The notice is counted against the transaction's identity, so one transaction confirms exactly once.
Can a parent switch this off?
Yes. It counts as news about money, so a parent's choice about payment news applies to this as well.
