A claim submitted does not go unseen
When a student pays by hand or by mobile money and submits the claim, a notice goes to the teacher. It carries the student's name, the classroom and the month. This is word that a claim exists, not word that money has arrived.
How it is done today
Somebody who pays outside the gateway and just sends a photo of the receipt can sit unnoticed for days, believing they have paid while nothing has been recorded against their name.

The student records what they paid, for which month, and how they paid it, then submits the claim.

It is stored as its own record, and the notice is counted against that record's identity.

The teacher is told
The notice arrives inside the app, carrying the student's name and the month it was for.

Open the claim to check
The evidence does not travel with the notice, so the claim itself has to be opened to read it.
