Give a new batch a place of its own on day one
A teacher opens a new batch from the create classroom page. ClassTablet generates the join code for that classroom at the same time, taking another one if the first is already in use. The student limit comes from your plan rather than from the form, so it cannot be raised by typing a bigger number.
How it is done today
A new batch starts with the student list in a register, the timetable in a WhatsApp group and the notes on somebody's phone. A month in, nobody can tell who actually enrolled from who just came to ask, and every late joiner has to be sent all of it again by hand.
How it works

Go to the create classroom page
Choose to create a new classroom from your classroom list. If your institution's policy does not allow it, the option does not appear for you.

Fill in the batch's details
Give the batch a name, say which subjects it covers and fill in anything else needed. All of it can be changed later, so nothing has to be final now.

The join code is generated for you
A code is created as soon as the classroom is. It is checked against the codes already in use, so two batches never end up with the same one.

Give students the code
Pass the code to your students and they enrol themselves from their own accounts. There is no adding them to the classroom one by one.

Frequently asked questions
Can I open a classroom myself?
That depends on your institution's policy. Where it is not allowed the option does not appear, and you can send a request to an administrator instead.
Can I set the student limit?
The limit comes from your plan, so typing a larger number into the form does not raise it. Taking more students means changing the plan.
Can the join code be changed later?
The code is generated once, when the classroom is created. It stays as that classroom's own code and never matches another classroom's.
