From class audio to written text
The first substantial stage of making notes is turning the recording into text. The AI works from the audio, the resulting text is stored as a file, and a measure of how confident it was is stored with it. A later retry reuses that text rather than starting over.
How it is done today
Writing out a class taught in Bangla is not easy, and plenty of tools mangle the script or render it in Latin letters. And if a notes job stalls halfway, redoing the listening from scratch means paying the full cost a second time.

The recording is given to the AI as audio, along with where in the class that piece starts, rather than being converted first.

The model is run at its steadiest setting with the shape of its answer fixed in advance, so it writes what it heard instead of inventing around it.

The text is written out as a UTF-8 file under that class's own storage, which is what keeps Bangla characters intact rather than mangled.

Confidence stored alongside
How sure the AI was is recorded with the text, which is what makes a poor recording identifiable later rather than silently trusted.

A retry does not redo it
A piece already written out is read back from its stored file on a retry, so the model is not called a second time for the same audio.

Does Bangla survive properly?
The text is stored as UTF-8, so the script cannot be mangled by the storage itself, and a measure of how clearly it was heard is kept alongside it.
Does a retry cost twice?
Not for the listening. A piece already written out is read back from its stored file rather than sent to the model again, which is what makes a retry cheaper.
Can a teacher download the full text?
We do not claim a separate download for it. The text is kept as the raw material for the notes, and what the screens show is the finished notes themselves.
Are different speakers labelled?
No, we do not claim speaker labelling. The text is a running record of what was said in the class, and the notes are built from that.
