Only licensed users become hosts
As soon as a Zoom account verifies, ClassTablet lists the users on it and asks which of them may host classes. A user without a licence has their checkbox disabled and is marked not licensed. Tick the ones you want, press Add selected hosts, and they appear in the hosts table.
How it is done today
A Zoom account often has many users but not a Pro licence for all of them. Put a class on an unlicensed one and the meeting cuts out after forty minutes, leaving everyone to rejoin on a new link mid-lesson. Working out who is licensed by reading Zoom's own pages takes time nobody has.

Verify the account
Paste the credentials into the Add Zoom account sheet and verify. When the check passes, the next step in the same sheet lists the account's users.

Pick by licence
Each user is listed with their name and email. Anyone without a licence cannot be ticked, and the row says so plainly next to them.

Add sign-in details if you want
You can enter the Zoom desktop sign-in email and password. It is optional, but it makes signing in easier for the people assigned to this account's hosts.

Add the hosts
Press Add selected hosts and each ticked user is registered as a host and appears as a row in the table, ready to be assigned to a person.

What happens automatically
During verification ClassTablet fetches the user list and licence state from Zoom itself, and pre-selects the one licensed user when there is only one.

Who becomes a host is the institution admin's decision; ClassTablet adds nobody on its own.

Frequently asked questions
How many hosts can one account have?
As many as it has licensed users. Each host takes a licence, so the licence count is what decides how many classes can run at the same time.
Can we add more hosts later?
When new licensed users appear in Zoom, re-verify the account and ClassTablet brings back a fresh list to pick the rest from.
Is the sign-in password required?
No, it is optional. Without it the host still works and class links are still created; the teacher just needs to know their own password to open the Zoom desktop app.
What if we use an unlicensed user anyway?
ClassTablet does not let you pick one. A free Zoom user's meeting is cut short after a set time, which is no use for a class.
