Do not leave dead Zoom accounts on the list
Remove account sits in a Zoom account's row menu. Choosing it opens a confirmation saying the account, its hosts and any saved Zoom sign-ins will be removed, and that the people assigned to those hosts will have none until you give them another. It cannot be undone.
How it is done today
A Zoom subscription is cancelled but its record stays in the system. Expired rows pile up, a new admin cannot tell which accounts are still live, and some staff are assigned to a host that can no longer run a class.

Check who is using it
Before removing, look down the table to see which people the account's hosts are assigned to. It is worth lining up a host on another account for them first.

Remove it from the row menu
Under Dashboard, Settings, Zoom, open the three-dot menu on the row and choose Remove account. A confirmation appears.

Read the confirmation
The dialog names the account and spells out what goes: the account, its hosts and any stored sign-ins. Confirm only if that is what you want.

Reassign afterwards
Anyone who held one of those hosts will see no Zoom host assigned in their own settings. Give them a host from another account.

Frequently asked questions
Does removing it delete the Zoom account itself?
No. Only the connection, credentials and host records held in ClassTablet go. Your account, users and meetings in Zoom are untouched.
What happens to classrooms set to Zoom?
If no teacher on the classroom holds a host any more, Zoom can no longer be chosen as its platform. That is why a replacement host should be ready first.
Can I undo a removal?
No, and the confirmation says so. To use the account again you register it from scratch, paste the credentials again and pick its hosts again.
