Frequently asked questions
Can I correct attendance after saving it?
Yes. The teacher who took the attendance, or an institution admin, can open the record and change any student's status. The system keeps a log of who made each change.
What do parents hear, and how?
For an absence, parents get an alert in their inbox, as a push notification and by email. For a late arrival, only an inbox notice. No attendance news goes by SMS.
Where can I see past attendance?
Teachers use the Calendar view to see, day by day, which classes had attendance taken and which were missed. Students see each class's status in their own class list.
