Checking your own academic details
A student opens the Academic section of their settings and sees what is recorded as their board, medium, version, group and class. The page always shows the details of whoever is signed in, with no way to point it at anybody else.
How it is done today
Details written down once at admission are rarely seen again by the student they describe. A wrong group or the wrong board sits there unnoticed until it surfaces late, when a name appears on the wrong class list or the wrong details are printed on a result.

The page shows the details of whoever is signed in. There is no way here to look at anybody else's.

Correct it in place
Anything wrong can be changed from the same screen, with no request to send to anyone else.

Blanks stay blank
No field is required, so anything not filled in simply shows as empty rather than being guessed at.

No. The page always shows the details of whoever is signed in, and there is no way provided to aim it at somebody else's record.
Can the details be changed from here?
Yes. What is shown can be changed on the same screen, so noticing a mistake does not mean sending a request to anybody.
Are name and photo shown here?
No. This section covers academic details only. Name, phone number and photo sit in the Account section of settings instead.
What shows when something was never filled in?
The field shows as empty. Nothing is required, so a detail that was never supplied is not guessed at or filled in on your behalf.
