The admission applications list
Every application sent to a classroom's admission form arrives in one table, with the applicant's name, mobile number, state, amount paid, the student account they became and the date they submitted. The list can be filtered by state and searched by name or number.
How it is done today
Applications come in by phone, on WhatsApp and in the office register. Working out who has paid, who only half filled the form and who is actually enrolled takes two people a whole day, and if somebody's name is missed nobody notices.

The classroom's applications page carries every submission that form has received, with nothing to export or assemble first.

Filter by state
Six states can be picked from: draft, verified, waiting on payment, enrolled, waitlisted and expired, so a long list narrows to the part you need.

Amounts in the row
Where money is involved, the amount paid sits on the row itself. On a free admission form that column is simply empty.

See the student they became
Once an applicant is attached to a student account, that student's name appears on the row, so no cross-checking is needed to match them up.

Typing part of an applicant's name or mobile number in the search box brings up their row, instead of scanning a hundred lines by eye.

Frequently asked questions
Do applications have to be approved here?
No, admissions have no separate approval step. An application's state moves on its own, after verification or once a payment settles, and the list simply reports where each one stands.
What is in the amount column on a free form?
It is empty, because no payment transaction is attached. On a free form the applicant joins the class on submitting, and goes to a waiting list if the seats are gone.
What does the page show with no form built yet?
A classroom that has never had an admission form has no applications list to show, so the page reports that a form has to be built before anything can arrive.
