Monthly student bills that raise themselves
At 5am Bangladesh time on the 1st of each month, ClassTablet checks every active classroom that has a monthly fee. It creates an 'unpaid' bill for that month for each active student and tells the students, in the app and by push notification, how much tuition is due and for which classroom.
How it is done today
At the start of every month the coaching office opens the register and writes names batch by batch: who is in which batch, how much they owe, who joined last month. Then a 'please pay this month's fee' message goes to the WhatsApp group. A student who joined mid-month is easy to leave off the list, and that fee quietly never gets collected.

Set a monthly fee on the classroom
Enter the monthly fee when you create a classroom or later. A classroom with a fee of zero is never billed, so free batches need no special handling.

Bills appear at dawn on the 1st
At 5am on the 1st, the month's billing opens on every published or active classroom with a fee, and each active student gets one bill marked 'unpaid'.

Students hear about it at once
As soon as the bills exist, the classroom's students get an in-app notice and a push alert naming the classroom, the month and the amount of tuition due.

Late joiners are not missed
A student who enrols after the month's bills were raised gets their bill for that month the moment they open their Fees page. Nobody has to add them by hand.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to press anything each month?
No. Once a classroom has a monthly fee, its bills are raised on the 1st of every month by themselves. To change the amount, edit the classroom's monthly fee.
What if my internet is down on the 1st?
Bills are raised on ClassTablet's servers, not on your phone or computer, so the 1st's bills are created even if your own connection is down at the time.
A student is in two batches. How many bills?
One per fee-charging classroom. The student sees each bill separately on their Fees page, by classroom and month, and pays each one on its own.
