Opening the admission form without an account
Opening the admission link or scanning its QR code brings the classroom name, description and questions onto the applicant's phone with no account and no login. Where the class has a seat limit, the number still free is shown. Only a live form opens; a draft, a closed form or a wrong address all say nothing was found.
How it is done today
Asking a parent to download an app or create an account before they can fill in an admission form is where most of them stop. The alternative, coming to the centre for a paper form, costs them an afternoon, and with no way to see how many seats are left they often leave it too late.

A link or a QR code is enough
A link posted on Facebook or a QR code on a poster opens the form in the phone's browser. Nothing has to be installed first.

Readable without logging in
No account is needed to read the form or start filling it in. Verifying the mobile number comes later, at the point of submitting.

Seats left at the top
Where the class has a seat limit, the number still free is shown, and seats being held by applicants mid-payment are counted against it.

A half filled form is not lost
If the tab closes or the connection drops, the answers typed so far are kept on the phone, and reopening the link carries on from there.

A wrong link reveals nothing
A draft, a closed form and an address that never existed all answer the same way, so nothing about the classroom leaks from a bad guess.

Frequently asked questions
Does applying need an app?
No. Opening the link in a phone browser is enough. There is nothing to install and no account to create beforehand; a mobile number is all it takes.
Can the address be guessed from the class name?
No. Publishing generates a sixteen character address that has nothing to do with the classroom's name, so another class's admission form cannot be found by guessing.
Does the form still open when seats are gone?
Yes, it opens and shows zero seats left. Submitting then puts the applicant on a waiting list, which is what gets used if somebody else drops out.
