Students pay their own fees, with proof attached
In ClassTablet a student opens their Fees page, sees each month's bill and taps 'Pay Now'. They pick bKash, Nagad or Rocket, see your institution's number, send the money, then submit their phone number, the transaction ID and the amount. The classroom's teacher is notified at once and checks the payment.
How it is done today
Students send a bKash screenshot to the teacher's personal WhatsApp, or to the batch group. Working out which screenshot is for which month, which batch and which student means scrolling up and down chats. At month end the bKash statement never quite matches the register, and the 'but I paid!' arguments begin.

The bill on the Fees page
The student opens 'Fees' from the menu. Every classroom and month is listed with its amount and status, with a 'Pay Now' button beside each unpaid bill.

Choosing how to pay
At 'Select Payment Method' only the accounts your institution has switched on appear: bKash, Nagad or Rocket. The student picks the one they will send from.

Copy the number, send the money
'Make Payment' shows your account number with a copy button. The student sends the money from their own wallet, and it lands directly in your account.

Submit the transaction ID
They enter their phone number, the transaction ID and the amount sent, then tap 'Submit Payment'. A receipt photo and a note are optional extras.

The teacher is told
The classroom's teacher gets a notification straight away saying who paid how much for which month, and the bill's status changes to pending review.

Frequently asked questions
Does the money go to ClassTablet?
No. With this method the student sends money directly to your institution's bKash, Nagad or Rocket number. ClassTablet keeps the record of who sent what, and when, and lets you check it.
Can students pay online by card?
If your institution uses SSLCommerz, the classroom's 'Pay tuition' button takes the student to the SSLCommerz payment page, which accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket and cards. A gateway fee may apply.
Where does the student get proof of payment?
Once the teacher approves it, the bill turns 'paid' and an 'Invoice' button appears beside that month on the Fees page, which downloads a PDF invoice.
Does it work on a weak connection?
The form is a few short fields and an optional photo, so it works on slow mobile data. If it doesn't go through, the bill stays unpaid and the student can try again.
