Where your texts went, and whether they landed
The institution's SMS page lists every message sent, newest first, and the list can be filtered by delivery status. Above it sit this month's figures: how many were sent, delivered, failed and pending, the delivery rate, the credit balance and the credits spent so far.
How it is done today
After sending an SMS the real question remains: did it actually arrive. The parent says it never came, the office says it went, and nobody has anything to point at. Working out what a month of texts cost is a separate job again.

A row per message
Every SMS sent appears in the list with the newest at the top, so checking what happened to one does not mean going somewhere else.

Filter by delivery status
Narrowing to the failed ones is one filter away, which is the quickest way to find out who did not get the message.

One message in detail
Opening a row shows that message on its own, and even the detail read checks that the message belongs to your institution.

How many were sent, delivered, failed and still pending since the first of the month are shown above the list itself.

The balance left and the credits spent so far this month sit alongside the delivery figures, so nothing has to be reconciled by hand.

Frequently asked questions
Can another institution's messages be seen?
No. Both the list and the single-message read are pinned to your own institution. An id belonging to another institution simply returns nothing at all.
Do the figures cover last month too?
The counters above the list are for the current month, from the first to today. We do not claim a month-on-month chart, though older messages stay in the list itself.
How is the delivery rate worked out?
This month's sent and delivered messages are added together and taken as a percentage of the total. Messages still pending are left out of that total.
