Buy SMS credits without a separate SMS company
In ClassTablet an institution admin picks a package from the Credit Balance card on the SMS Tools page, then pays on the SSLCommerz payment page with bKash, Nagad, Rocket or a card. Once the payment and the amount are verified, the credits are added to the balance automatically. A warning shows when the balance runs low.
How it is done today
Topping up with a separate bulk SMS company usually means sending money by bKash, posting a screenshot and waiting for someone to add the balance by hand. And when the balance runs out on results day nobody notices, because nobody opens that panel regularly.

The Credit Balance card at the top of SMS Tools shows your current credits. When the balance falls to the low-credit level, the card shows a warning icon.

The buy button on the card opens Purchase Credits, which lists a few credit packages. Choose the one that suits your volume.

Pay by bKash, Nagad or card
You are taken to the SSLCommerz payment page. Pay with bKash, Nagad, Rocket or a bank card, whichever is easiest for you.

Credits arrive on their own
When SSLCommerz confirms the payment, ClassTablet checks the transaction and the amount, then adds the credits to your balance. No screenshots to send anyone.

How much do SMS credits cost?
Package prices are shown in the purchase panel. Per the pricing comparison, Starter and Standard include some free SMS in the first month, and Custom plans agree their own SMS bundle.
If a payment fails, are we charged or credited?
If SSLCommerz does not validate the payment, or the amount doesn't match, the purchase is marked failed and no credits are added. You can simply try again.
Can a teacher buy credits?
No. Buying credits and viewing the balance are for the institution admin. When teachers send result SMS, the credits come out of that same balance.
Which plans can buy extra credits?
Per the pricing comparison, extra SMS is available on Standard (৳20 per student per month) and Custom. Starter cannot buy extra SMS.
