Which class has room, at a glance
An administrator sees a list of every classroom at the institution. Each row carries the classroom name, who teaches it, how many students are in it against how many it takes, its status and when it was created. The most recently created classrooms sit at the top.
How it is done today
The real picture of the classrooms usually lives with the teachers rather than in the office. Finding out which batch still has places, or which class has nobody teaching it, means asking the teachers one by one.
How it works

Open the classrooms page
Go to the classrooms page from the institution dashboard. The newest classrooms sit at the top of the list.

Read the teachers column
Each classroom shows who teaches it, which makes a classroom with nobody in front of it easy to spot.

Check the student numbers
How many students are in the class and how many it takes sit side by side, so the ones with room left are obvious.

Search by name
When the list is long, type part of a classroom's name in the search box to bring up the one you want.

Frequently asked questions
Which classrooms appear in the list?
The institution's own classrooms. Deleted ones are left out, and a section that sits inside another classroom does not get its own row here.
Can I tell which classes still have room?
Yes. Every row shows the current number of students alongside the maximum the classroom was set up to take.
Do archived classrooms still appear?
They do, but their status says so, so they do not get confused with the classes that are currently running.
