No guessing which batches your child is actually in
Opening the classrooms page as a parent lists the selected child's classrooms, with their name and the number of classrooms shown above them. Alongside active enrolments, classrooms where a join request is still waiting for a teacher's approval appear as well.
How it is done today
A parent knows their child goes to the coaching centre but not exactly which subjects or how many batches. The question only comes up when the fee total arrives at the end of the month, by which time the child has stopped attending one batch that is still being charged.
How it works

Open the classrooms page
Log in as a parent and go to Classrooms. The selected child's name and their classroom count sit at the top.

Choose a child
With more than one child linked, pick one. Switching to another does not mean waiting, because each child's list is already loaded.

Read the active enrolments
The list holds the child's active enrolments, so which subjects they are currently studying is clear at a glance.

Check pending requests
Classrooms where a request to join has been sent but not yet approved appear in the list too, marked separately.

Frequently asked questions
Can I tell a request from an enrolment?
Yes. Pending requests carry their own state, so a classroom your child has actually joined is never confused with one you have only asked about.
Is it slower with several children?
No. Each child's list is fetched separately and kept in the same cache, so moving between children does not mean waiting again.
Can a parent add a child to a classroom?
Yes. With the classroom's invite code from the teacher, a parent can ask for their child to be added themselves.
