Every class's waiting list in one panel
Opened from the classroom list page, the panel gathers the pending join requests from every class you teach. They are grouped by classroom, each group states how many are waiting, and opening a group lets you approve everyone in that class together. The newest request appears first.
How it is done today
A teacher running five or six batches has join requests piling up in five or six places. Finding out whether anyone is waiting means opening each class in turn, and in a busy week that does not happen, so a new student hangs on for a fortnight.
How it works

Open it from the class list
The panel opens from the classroom list page rather than from inside one class, and it then carries every class instead of being tied to one.

Your classes only
It is built from your own teacher record, so it covers the classrooms you are attached to. Other classes in the institution do not appear.

Grouped by classroom
Each class becomes its own section, with the classroom name in the heading and the number of people waiting on it beside the name.

Approve a group at a time
Opening a section lets you approve everyone waiting on that class together, and requests sitting on your other classes are left untouched.

Newest first
The most recent request sits at the top, so the people who asked to join yesterday are the first names you see rather than the last.

Frequently asked questions
Does an admin see the whole institution here?
No. This list is built from your own teacher record, which means it covers the classrooms you are attached to. Someone with no teacher record of their own gets an empty list back.
Do requests from deleted classes show up?
No. Classrooms that have been deleted are filtered out of this list, so old requests from a batch you closed months ago do not keep asking for a decision.
Can one class be looked at on its own?
Yes. The same panel opened from inside a classroom carries only that class's waiting requests, and shows them as a flat list rather than in collapsible groups.
