The classroom roster in a single table
The classroom roster lists every enrolled student with their name, roll number, email and phone number. Each row also shows how many of the classroom's published assignments that student has submitted to, and this month's fee status sits alongside it. Only teachers and admins attached to that classroom can open it.
How it is done today
Names sit in one register, phone numbers in another, fees in a third, and who has sat how many tests lives in the teacher's head. When a parent rings to ask, the answer has to be assembled from three places, and working out who still owes money at month end takes a whole evening.

Open the class, the list is there
The students tab of a classroom shows the actively enrolled students straight away. Nothing has to be exported, built into a report or looked up in a separate file.

Contact details in the row
Name, roll number, email and phone number sit on each row, so calling a parent does not mean hunting through a different register first.

Submission counts beside them
Two figures land on each row: how many assignments the classroom has published, and how many of those this student has submitted to.

This month's fees on the same screen
The current month's payment state is folded into the same table, so seeing who still owes tuition does not mean opening a second page.

The submission counts and the fee state are worked out and placed on each row by the system. Nobody types them in.

Who may read the list depends on being attached to that classroom. A teacher from elsewhere cannot open it at all.

Frequently asked questions
Can a teacher from another class see this list?
No. Every request checks whether you are a teacher or admin of that classroom first. If you are not, the list does not open for you, so another class's students' phone numbers stay out of reach.
How many students come back at once?
Up to two hundred rows are returned in one call, and you can ask for a particular state instead of everyone: active, waitlisted or removed. The classroom tab normally shows the active students.
Is the exam figure a mark?
No, it is not a score. It counts how many of the classroom's published assignments that student has submitted to. To see how well they did, the gradebook and the quiz analytics pages carry the marks.
Is this the whole institution's student list?
No, this list belongs to one classroom. Seeing every student across an institution is done from the administration pages, where members are listed across all classrooms together.
