One list of everyone at the institution
An administrator sees a single list of every member of the institution. Each row carries the name, role, the institution's own ID for that person, the classrooms they belong to, their status and the date they joined. The list can be searched by name, email or ID, and narrowed by role or status.
How it is done today
In most institutions the count of people lives in several places at once: one figure in the admission register, another in the attendance book, a third in a teacher's own notebook. Simple questions then take an afternoon to answer, such as how many students are active right now, or which teacher is taking which class.
How it works

Open the member list
Go to the members page from the institution dashboard. The people who joined most recently sit at the top.

Narrow by role or status
Choose a role to see only teachers or only students. You can also narrow by status: active, suspended, graduated or removed.

Search by name, email or ID
What you type in the search box is matched against the member's name, their email and the institution's own ID for them.

Read the classrooms column
Each row shows which classrooms the person belongs to, taken from active enrollments for students and teaching assignments for teachers.

Act on one person or many
Use the row actions for one person, or tick several and assign them to classrooms or change their status together.

Who appears in the list?
Every member of the institution, whatever their role. Teachers, students and parents all sit in the same list with their role shown beside them.
Can I look at only teachers or only students?
Yes. Teachers and students each have their own page, which shows the same list narrowed to that one role.
Does the list show which classrooms a person is in?
Yes. Each row lists the person's classrooms, taken from active enrollments for a student and from teaching assignments for a teacher.
