Who is in your classes as a guest
An institution admin sees, on one page, everyone enrolled in the institution's classrooms who is not a member of it. A student appears once however many classes they are in, with those classrooms listed on their row. The list is ordered by name and can be searched.
How it is done today
The teacher knows who is a regular student and who is only sitting in for a while; the office does not. Those are exactly the people who throw off the month-end fee reconciliation and the institution's own student count, and nobody keeps a record of who still needs adding properly.

One list across every class
Guests enrolled in any of the institution's classrooms appear together, so there is no need to open each class in turn to find them.

One row per person
Somebody in three classes does not appear three times. Their single row carries the names of all the classrooms they are enrolled in.

Ordered by name
The list is sorted by student name, and typing part of a name into the table's search box brings that row straight up.

The count is at the top
The table header states how many guests are currently waiting to be included, so the size of the job is clear at a glance.

Frequently asked questions
Who can see this list?
Institution admins only. It does not appear on a teacher's pages, because it is where membership decisions are taken rather than anything to do with running a class.
What does an empty list mean?
That nobody from outside is currently enrolled in your classes. An institution that does not allow outside students at all will always see it empty, because those joins are refused at the door.
What details are shown about a guest?
The name, the email address and which classrooms they are in. That is what the decision needs, and nothing beyond it is pulled into this list.
