One extra class without touching the routine
Special Class in a classroom's class list opens a sheet. It asks which weekly class this belongs to, the date, and the start and end time. Two choices follow: move that date's regular class to the new time, or keep the regular class and add an extra session alongside it.
How it is done today
Before exams a teacher wants to add a revision class, or shift one day's lesson to the morning. Changing the weekly routine changes every week after it, and announcing it in the group means half the batch never reads it. So half the students turn up and the rest complain afterwards.
How it works

Start from the class list
Press Special Class in the classroom's Classes tab. If the classroom has no weekly routine yet, it asks you to set one up first.

Say which class it belongs to
Pick one of the weekly classes. Choosing it fills in that class's start and end times, which you can change if the special class runs differently.

Set the date and times
Picking a date shows which day of the week it falls on. An end time the same as or before the start time is refused before you can save.

Move it or add it
Move to a different time hides the regular class on that date. Add an extra session keeps the regular class and puts the new one alongside it.

Frequently asked questions
Does this change the weekly routine?
No. A special class applies to one date only. From the following week the weekly routine runs exactly as before, with nothing to put back.
How do students find out?
The special class appears in that date's class list marked Special, and on the calendar too, so students see it on their own pages.
Can I add several special classes on one day?
Yes. Each one is added separately, so a single day can carry more than one extra session as long as their times do not overlap.
Is this on every plan?
Yes. Special classes come with Starter (৳499 a month), Standard (৳20 per student a month) and Custom alike.
