Decide once how the money should arrive
An institution's administrator sets the default route for tuition. There are two: online through SSLCommerz, or into your own bKash, Nagad or Rocket with the student submitting a claim you check. Any classroom that does not set its own follows this default.
How it is done today
Coaching centres and schools in Bangladesh do not collect fees the same way. Some take the money into their own bKash number to avoid the gateway's cut; others want the gateway precisely so the reconciliation is somebody else's problem. Software that assumes one of the two leaves the other stuck.

The manual route has students pay your bKash, Nagad or Rocket and then submit a claim, with no gateway fee.

What you pick becomes the institution's default, and any classroom that has not set its own follows it.
