Fee policy: you set the rule for unpaid fees
In ClassTablet an institution admin sets the day each month's fee is due, how many extra days students get, and what closes if they still haven't paid: just the learning material, or the whole classroom. The rule is off until you switch it on. Once on, the system applies it in every classroom that charges a fee.
In many coaching centres a teacher ends up saying out loud, 'no class until this month is paid'. Here that sentence becomes a rule that applies to everyone the same way. The page below shows how to set it and how one classroom can keep a rule of its own.

If a fee is still unpaid after the due day and grace period, ClassTablet locks the learning material or the whole classroom. Submitting payment reopens it.

Frequently asked questions
Is the rule on by default?
No. It starts switched off, so students only get reminders and nobody is locked out. No student loses access until you turn on 'Restrict unpaid students'.
Will students in free classrooms be locked?
No. A classroom with a zero monthly fee is never restricted. Access can only close in fee-charging classrooms, and only over the current month's unpaid fee.
Does the fee policy cost extra?
No. It is part of every plan. Standard is ৳20 per student per month, and Starter is ৳499 a month for one classroom and up to 20 students.
