Stop hunting for whose phone has the notes on it
ClassTablet keeps a list of subjects, and study materials are attached to the subject they belong to. There are two ways a subject gets added: a platform administrator adds one for everybody, or a teacher creates a custom subject for their own use. Materials can be uploaded and removed.

Can any teacher add a new subject?
Adding a subject for everyone is an administrator's job. A teacher can create a custom subject for their own use without waiting for one.
Can students get at the materials?
Materials are attached to the subject they belong to, so they stay in one place instead of scattering, and it stays clear which file belongs where.
What if the same file is uploaded twice?
A file that has been uploaded before is matched and the existing one is returned instead of being stored again, so duplicates do not pile up.
