The monthly report is requested from a button on the dashboard. It states the period it covers and carries a summary of the month, the academic highlights, and two separate lists, the students performing best and those struggling. It downloads as a PDF with the period in the filename.

At the end-of-month meeting nobody can say precisely who is pulling ahead and who is slipping, because no one has the whole month in front of them. What was noticed day to day has faded, and the decisions end up resting on whoever remembers most confidently.

Go to the report buttons on the dashboard
The institution's dashboard keeps the daily and monthly report buttons separate from each other.

Ask for the monthly report
Take the monthly button. Each kind has its own pending state, so it is clear which report is being prepared.

The period is stated on it
Which dates the report covers appears both inside the report and in the name of the file that downloads.

Read both lists together
The students doing best and those struggling come as two separate lists, so both ends get looked at rather than just one.
