The daily report is requested from a button on the admin dashboard. It carries a summary of the day, the list of classes running that day, and the things needing attention ordered by priority. All of it is rendered into a PDF and downloaded.
How it is done today
Discussing the day's figures needs everyone looking at the same sheet. Reading them off a screen means nobody quite saw the same thing, and when the question comes up again next week that day's picture cannot be recovered.

Go to the admin dashboard
The institution's dashboard carries the report download buttons, with daily and monthly kept separate.

Ask for the daily report
Take the daily report button. The button itself shows the work in progress, so there is no need to press it twice.

The PDF downloads
The day's summary, its classes and the attention list are rendered into a PDF and downloaded, with the filename set for you.

Is the report generated automatically each day?
No. It is generated when you ask for it from the button. There is no scheduling and nothing sends a copy to anyone.
