One calendar with your classes and your own work in it
The ClassTablet calendar page shows teachers and students four things at once: classes from the classroom's weekly routine, live sessions that are running or finished, assignment and quiz deadlines, and personal events they added themselves. You can switch between month, week, day and agenda views.
The calendar is on every plan at no extra cost. When classes live in one place and a parents' meeting or exam-hall duty lives in another, the two eventually land at the same hour. The pages below cover creating, editing and deleting your own events.

- Keep your own commitments on the same calendar as your classes
Put a parents' meeting, exam duty or day off into the calendar. Give it a name, times and a place, save, and it sits alongside your classes.
- Do not leave cancelled commitments on the calendar
When a meeting is called off, open the event and press Delete Event. The calendar clears at once and that hour shows as free again, ready for something else.
- When the time changes, drag the event across
When a meeting moves, press the event and change the time, or drag it to another day on the calendar. Either way the new time saves at once.
- See the whole month on one calendar
The calendar page holds classes, live sessions, deadlines and your own events together. Switch between month, week, day and agenda, and press Today to return.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to copy the class routine into the calendar?
No. Once a classroom has a weekly routine, those classes appear in the calendar on their own. Only work outside class, such as a parents' meeting or personal leave, has to be added by hand.
Do students get a calendar too?
Yes. Teachers and students both get the same calendar page. A student sees their own classrooms' classes, their submission deadlines and the events they created; nobody sees anyone else's personal events.
How much of the calendar loads at once?
Three months load together: the month on screen plus the one before and the one after. Stepping back to last month or on to next month fills the page straight away instead of leaving you waiting for a fresh fetch.
