Start a scheduled online class as host in one tap
In ClassTablet a teacher gets a Start Class button next to every online lesson in the classroom's Classes tab, highlighted from 10 minutes before start. On Google Meet it opens the meeting link; on Zoom it opens a fresh one-time host link, so the teacher becomes host without logging in.
How it is done today
Many coaching centres share one Zoom account whose password travels around teachers' WhatsApp. Before class a teacher scrolls old messages for the link, lands in the wrong account, and when two teachers try to teach on the same account at the same time one of them is stuck.
How it works

Keep the link with the class
When setting up a class in the routine, press Generate Meet link or paste your own. In a classroom set to Zoom, saving it creates the Zoom link for the whole weekly series.

Open the list on class day
In the classroom's Classes tab, the button next to today's class counts down. Ten minutes before start it reads Start Class.

Press Start Class
The meeting opens in a new tab. On Zoom, ClassTablet fetches the host link at that moment; only the classroom's teachers get it and it is never stored.

Check attendance after class
When it is over the button reads Class Ended. The participation page beside it shows attendance pulled from Zoom or Meet.

Frequently asked questions
Can two teachers teach on Zoom at the same time?
Yes, if each has their own Zoom host. The institution admin assigns every licensed Zoom user to one teacher as their host.
Can a class be started more than 10 minutes early?
Yes. Until 10 minutes before, the button shows a countdown but still opens the meeting when pressed. From 10 minutes before it reads Start Class, so the time is hard to miss.
Does it work without Zoom or Meet integration?
Yes. On any plan a teacher can paste their own Google Meet link into the class and start from there. Links made for you and attendance from the meeting come with the Custom plan.
Could someone leak the Zoom host link?
The host link is fetched fresh on each tap, is never stored, and only teachers assigned to that classroom receive it. So there is no standing host link to leak into a group.
