Get the institution's details right once
The institution's profile holds its name, institution code, address, phone number and email. Each field can be changed on its own, because sending the whole set is not required. The email is checked as an email address, and an institution that cannot be found is reported rather than ignored.
How it is done today
When an institution's address or phone number changes, it is written in ten places and the old one survives in at least one. Parents ring a number nobody answers, and receipts go out with an address that stopped being right months ago.
How it works

Go to the profile section of settings
The institution's settings have their own place for the profile. The current details are shown there.

Change what needs changing
Correct whichever of the name, code, address, phone or email is wrong. Everything you do not touch stays as it was.

Save it
The email is checked as an email address. If the institution cannot be found, that is reported rather than failing silently.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to send every field?
No. Each field can be changed on its own, so fixing a phone number does not mean retyping the address and everything else.
Can the address or phone be left empty?
They can. Everything except the name may be left empty, and each of those fields has a length limit set for it.
What if I enter an invalid email?
The email is checked as an email address, and one that is not is refused rather than written to the profile.
