Stop every batch starting a different colour
A classroom colour can be chosen once in the institution's settings. Picking a swatch and saving sets it as the institution's classroom colour, and it can be cleared again so that no colour is set at all. This is the classroom default rather than the institution site's own colours, which are set elsewhere.
How it is done today
When every teacher picks their own colour as they open a batch, the inside of the app looks scattered. The institution's own look disappears, and asking people to fix it each time is not a workable answer.
How it works

Open the branding settings
The classroom colour sits in the branding section of the institution's admin settings.

Pick a colour
Choose one of the swatches on offer. Whichever is currently set carries a mark on it, so there is no guessing which is active.

Save it
Changing the selection makes the card ready to save, and saving writes the colour as the institution's default.

Clear it if you want to
The selection can also be cleared, which leaves the institution with no particular colour set rather than a forced one.

Does this change the site's colours?
No. The institution's own site colours are set elsewhere. What is set here is the colour a classroom starts from by default.
What if nothing has been chosen?
The answer simply says no colour is set for the institution. That is treated as a normal state rather than reported as an error.
Who is allowed to change it?
An institution admin. Whether the caller really is one is checked as the request arrives, before the change is written.
