Frequently asked questions
Do these notices refresh by themselves?
Yes. While the page is open they are fetched again once a minute, so a deadline coming closer shows up without the student reloading anything.
Does submitted work stay in the list?
No. An assignment the student has already submitted stops appearing, so everything left on the list is genuinely still outstanding.
Do teachers see these notices too?
They are for students. When whoever signed in is not a student the list comes back empty, so a teacher's home page does not carry them.
