In the ClassTablet gradebook a teacher adds a paper exam and enters each student's marks, with quiz and assignment scores in the same list. Once the exam is marked, the result goes by SMS to one parent or to every parent at once, paid from the institution's SMS credits.
Marks from an exam taken on paper can be entered here too, and results from quizzes and assignments land beside them on their own. With everything in one list you can check a class before telling any parent how their child did. Only teachers and admins see the gradebook, not students.

Frequently asked questions
How do parents without a smartphone get the result?
Results go by ordinary SMS, so they reach any phone. The student's profile needs a guardian number; if it is missing, ClassTablet tells you.
What does a result SMS cost?
One credit per SMS segment. A Bangla segment holds 70 characters and the total is shown before you send. If credits run short nothing is sent, rather than half the list.
Will a parent get the SMS twice if I click twice?
No. A result is never sent again to a number that already received it, and no credit is taken for the repeat.
Is there a way to share results without SMS?
Yes. The gradebook can create a results link to send to a parent or student instead. It costs no SMS credits and goes through whichever messaging app they already use.
