Classes on Google Meet, from making the link to attendance
In ClassTablet, once the institution's Google Workspace is connected, a teacher presses Generate Meet link on a class in the routine and the link stays with that class. Each classroom sets who can join without knocking and which teachers become co-hosts. After class, attendance and the recording come back from Meet on their own.
Google Meet integration is part of the Custom plan. The ClassTablet team connects the institution's Google Workspace during setup, so teachers never handle API keys.

Frequently asked questions
What if we don't have Google Workspace?
A teacher can paste any Google Meet link they made into the class, and students join from there. Making links in one tap and pulling attendance from Meet need the institution's Google connection.
Can an outsider with the link walk into class?
With the classroom's meeting access set to invite-only, outsiders cannot walk straight in; they have to ask to join. Enrolled students with a Gmail join without knocking.
Can other teachers help run the class?
Yes. Teachers with a Gmail can be made co-hosts, either every teacher in the classroom or hand-picked ones, and then they can manage the meeting too.
