What went out, month by month

A teacher can read the list of their own invoices. Each row carries the date, the plan the invoice was raised against, the amount and the state. The list arrives a page at a time rather than whole, and the response says which page is being shown.

How it is done today

When there is no row-by-row record of what the plan cost each month, working out the spending means digging through a bank statement to match it up, and that is a job that comes round again every single month.

How it works

  1. 1

    Open the billing section

Open your own billing section, where the invoice rows sit in a list further down the page.

  2. 2

    Read the rows

Each row carries the date, the plan, the amount and the state together, so nothing needs looking up elsewhere.

  3. 3

    Work from the state column

Whether an invoice was paid, is still waiting, or failed reads straight off the state column in its row.

  4. 4

Open one if you need to

Where the figures inside a row matter, that single invoice can be opened on its own to read them.

Frequently asked questions

Do another teacher's invoices come back?

No. The request resolves the caller's own teacher identity, and only the invoices belonging to them are returned.

Does the whole list arrive at once?

No. It comes a page at a time, and the response says which page of the list is being shown back to you.

How is the plan written in a row?

The plan name is written out, and a per-student plan carries the student count from that period alongside it.
