### About the product

**How long does setup take?**

From opening an account to running your first class, a single day. Add your institution, a batch, your teachers and your students, and you are working. During the demo our team sits with you and does the first setup together.

**Do we have to re-enter our existing student records?**

No. Students import in one go from an Excel or CSV file, so nothing from your register or spreadsheet has to be typed in one by one.

**Can we collect fees online?**

Yes. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, cards and internet banking all work through SSLCommerz. Who has paid and who still owes stays in one place.

**Do we need to buy anything for live classes?**

No. Connect your own Zoom or Google Meet account to ClassTablet, the class link is created for you and students join straight from the classroom.

**Is our data safe?**

Each institution's data stays separate, and what a person sees follows their role: a teacher sees their own batches, a student their own record, and the picture of the whole institution stays with you.

**Does it work on a phone?**

It does. ClassTablet runs in the browser and is built for phones, so teachers, students and parents can all use it from theirs. There is no app to install.

**What does “batch” mean in ClassTablet?**

Your batch or section is called a Classroom in ClassTablet. The students, classes, attendance, assignments and fees of that batch all live inside that one Classroom.

**How do we get a demo?**

### Pricing and billing

**What do I get with Starter?**

Starter is ৳499 a month for one classroom with up to 20 students. When you outgrow it, move to Standard at ৳20 per student, per month. Your data stays where it is, nothing is deleted when you switch plans.

**How is Standard billed?**

৳20 per student, per month. There is no seat limit and no classroom limit, so the bill follows the number of students you actually teach.

**Are AI features part of a plan?**

No. No plan includes AI. AI credits are bought separately in packs, and a pack never expires, so you only pay for AI if you decide to use it.

**How does SMS work?**

Starter and Standard both include 100 free SMS in the first month. Anything beyond that is billed at cost, with no markup. Custom plans get their own SMS bundle.

**Can we get Zoom classes and our own branding?**

That is the Custom plan: white-label branding on your own domain, live classes built in, a custom SMS bundle and dedicated onboarding. Pricing is agreed per institution, book a call and we will work it out.

**What payment methods do you accept?**

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and debit/credit cards via SSLCommerz. We support the payment methods most convenient in Bangladesh.

### Coaching centres

**How much does coaching centre management software cost?**

ClassTablet costs ৳20 per student per month, with no seat limit and no contract. Starter is ৳499 a month for one classroom of up to 20 students. Zoom, white-label branding and AI features are part of a Custom plan, and SMS beyond the 100 free in the first month is billed at cost.

**How long does it take to move off the register?**

A single batch takes an afternoon: add the students, set the fee, and start marking attendance the same week. Most centres move one batch first and bring the rest across once the month's fees have run through it cleanly.

**Do parents need to install an app?**

No. Results and notices from the institution reach parents by SMS, which works on any phone. Absence alerts go by email, and a parent who signs in on a smartphone also gets them in the app and as a push alert.

**Can it handle more than one batch or branch?**

Yes. Each batch carries its own routine, teachers, students and fee rate, and there is no limit on how many you run. Fees and attendance stay separate per batch while the centre's totals stay in one place.

**Is it in Bengali?**

Fully. The interface, the notices and the reports are all in Bengali, and English is there for anyone who prefers it. Prices are in taka and the workflows follow how institutions here already run.

**What happens to our data?**

It stays yours. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, student data is never sold, and you can export what you have put in.
